Returns a list of tags from Intel Exchange.
Query Parameters

| page_size | string | optional | Pass the number of records to retrieve on each page. |
| created_from | integer | optional | Pass the created time in epoch format to filter tags. For example, 1628361607. |
| created_to | integer | optional | Pass the created to time in epoch format to filter tags. |
| created_by | string | optional | Pass the ID of the creator to filter tags. For example, 5f51be4c-c2cf-4dac-9cee-7e289205143c. |
| modified_from | integer | optional | Pass the modified from time in epoch format to filter tags. |
| modified_to | integer | optional | Pass the modified to time in epoch format to filter tags. |
| tag_type | string | optional | Pass the tag type to filter tags. This is case sensitive. |
