Returns the third-party indicators added to the ignored list in Intel Exchange.

| created_by_id | string | optional | Pass the ID of a user who added the indicators in the third-party allowed indicator list. |
| created_from | string | optional | Pass the created time in epoch format. |
| created_to | string | optional | Pass the created time in epoch format. |
