| created_from | string | optional | Pass the created time in epoch format to filter tags. |
| created_to | string | optional | Pass the created time in epoch format to filter tags. |
| created_by | string | optional | Pass the ID of the creator to filter tags. |
| modified_by | string | optional | Pass the ID of the modifier to filter tags. |
| is_active | string | optional | Pass true to retrieve enabled tags. Pass false to retrieve disabled tags. |
| q | string | optional | Pass the keyword to search tags based on the title. |
